The Mickey Soroka Foundation continues to find ways to support Campbell City School students. Recently, the Soroka Foundation purchased alternative seating for the second grade classrooms. This type of seating is researched based and designed to assist students. Some perks of flexible seating include improving metabolism and core strength, along with increasing motivation and engagement.
Because the second graders were recipients of the grant, they also worked on writing skills. Each second grader class wrote the Soroka Foundation a thank you letter.
