The College Credit Plus (CCP) program affords high school students the opportunity to earn college credit while fulfilling high school graduation requirements at the same time. During the 2015-2016 academic year, more than 52,000 students participated in CCP in the state of Ohio and saved more than $120 million on college tuition.
We are excited to announce two College Credit Plus (CCP) Information Nights at Memorial High School on Wednesday, November 8, 2017. This is a wonderful opportunity for high school students, parents and guardians to learn from CCP staff and former Youngstown State University CCP students about the benefits and considerations of CCP, program specific information for CCP at YSU and important deadlines you do not want to miss!
Who is eligible to apply to CCP at YSU? College ready students in grades 7-12 who have a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA and minimum Composite ACT of 17 or 910 on the combined SAT evidence based Writing/Reading and Math.
In addition to CCP a representative from Youngstown State University's Financial Aid Office will be available to present important information regarding the financial aid process.
DO NOT MISS this important night filled with resourceful information.
