Printing Out Student Progress Reports

    • Click Progress Report Button

  • Step 3
    • Report Title - Title of the report that is being printed out.  Example the name of the class
  • Step 4
    • Select Class that you want to be printed out with that particular title or you can print out a multiple of classes at one time by clicking the MULTIPLE button with that particular title.

    • Report Cycle - What 9 week grading period that you what the report for example 1st, 2nd ect....
  • Step 6
    • Select Student - You can select the whole class by leaving this blank or click to print out a particular student of that class
    • Multiple - You can select more than one student of that class by clicking this button.  Good for progress reports of certain students.

  • Step 7
    • After trying the different options this is my defaults for the progress report
      • Group by Assignment - since we only have one category there is no reason to group by category so Group by Assignment is the only option.
      • Include Summary by Assignment Type - this calculates the student averages in each of you assignment types.  For example If you have project and test as assignment types this option will give you an average for each type.
      • Include Signature - this option leaves a place for a parent signature.
      • Include Daily Absences - If you start the date at the beginning of the year (August 29th) to the date of report this options give you their absences to date.
      • Portrait - looks better

  • Step 8
    • CLICKING the Printer Button does not start the printing of the report it just opens up another program, Acrobat Reader, where you can look at the reports that you want to print.  Then clicking the print button in Acrobat Reader will print the reports to the printer of you choose.
