- Attaching a file to your email message
- Can be done during; "Draft"- new message, Replying,
Forwarding
- Cannot Attach folders only files; office documents, pictures etc.
- Just click on "Attach" button

- Find file you want to attach and click "Open" button

- If you want to attach more than one file just keep on doing procedure
until all files are attached.

- Tell if email message has an attach file by the Clip picture next
to the email message

- Double click email message with attached file to open message.
- Click the arrow next to the number that told you how many attached
files the message has.

- First file is the email message
- Next files our the actual files that are attach to the email message

- Double click on icon in front of attached files
- "Save As" dialog box appears - save files to your
local hard drive - usually save file to your desktop
- Computer ask you to open file - click "OK" button
