• Deleting an Email Message
  1. Inbox Dialog Box
     • Single click on email message you want to delete
     • Click on "Delete" button
       • Red Line appears through the email message - the message will stay for a couple of days and then it will be deleted.

• Expunge an Email Message - once you expunge a message it is gone for good immediately!!

     • Message you want to expunge has a RED LINE through it.
     • Single click email message with RED LINE through it.  This is to highlight the message.
     • Click on the "Expunge" button.

• Undelete an email message

     • Message you want to undelete has a RED LINE through it.
     • Single click email message with RED LINE through it.  This is to highlight the message
     • The "Delete" button has turned into the "Undelete" button - click on the "Undelete" button to undelete the email message.
