- Replying to an Email Message
- Can only be done within the Inbox dialog box or after you
double click a message dialog box.
- Inbox Dialog box
- Single click on email message you want to reply to so that it is
highlighted.
- Click on the "Reply" button on the top on the
Inbox dialog box

- Get the Reply to dialog box

- Click on "Reply-to" button if you only want to send
email to person that sent you the email
- Click on "Create Reply" button
- Just type your message in and click on "Send" button to
send it.
- Message Dialog Box
- Double Click email message you want to reply to:
- Click on "Reply" button on the top of the message
dialog box
- Go through previous steps starting with Step 3
- Note 1:
- Keep at least one copy of all the people you email so you do not have to
remember their email address. Only have to create a reply and the
email address is already there for you.
- Note 2:
- WATCH OUT THAT YOU DO NOT REPLY TO ALL PEOPLE THAT THE EMAIL WAS SENT TO
IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR EMAIL TO BE SENT TO ALL.
