1. Get the Reply to dialog box

  1. Click on "Reply-to" button if you only want to send email to person that sent you the email
  2. Click on "Create Reply" button
  3. Just type your message in and click on "Send" button to send it.
  4. Message Dialog Box
    • Double Click email message you want to reply to:
    • Click on "Reply" button on the top of the message dialog box
    • Go through previous steps starting with Step 3
Note 1:
Keep at least one copy of all the people you email so you do not have to remember their email address.  Only have to create a reply and the email address is already there for you.
Note 2:
WATCH OUT THAT YOU DO NOT REPLY TO ALL PEOPLE THAT THE EMAIL WAS SENT TO IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR EMAIL TO BE SENT TO ALL.
