“It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.”
My name is Kelly Havrilla, and I have enjoyed teaching the students of Campbell for the past 11 years. My journey in becoming a teacher began at Youngstown State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education Degree. From there, I went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Curriculum a few years later from Youngstown State as well.
Upon graduation, I became a full-time substitute teacher for the Campbell City School system. I was then hired to teach eighth grade Language Arts, and did so for many years. Currently, I teach fourth grade Language Arts and Social Studies.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my two children, Vincent and Jenna. We enjoy traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
