Lesson Plans for High School
A.  You want to use PDF XChange Viewer.  This program will let you make changes to your lesson plan so that you do not need to do the lesson plan all at one time.

1. On Desktop
2. Double Click Icon on Desktop

B. To find and open the lesson plan template file once you have opened PDF XChange Viewer

1. Open Button
2. Teachers Shared ( V )
3. A High School Lesson Plans Folder
4. 2010-2011 School Year
5. 1st 9 Weeks

C. I would save immediately after I have opened the file to make sure that the file is saved in the proper place.

1. File Menu
2. Save as... Command
3. The folders that you need to save your lesson plans are located in the same folder as the template which is located in:
   Teachers Shared (V),
   a High School Lesson Plans Folder
   2010 - 2011 School Year
   1st 9 Weeks
   Double Click folder of the Specific Week
Note MAKE SURE THAT IN THE SAVE IN: TEXT BOX THAT FOLDER IS SHOWN.
5, File Name syntax
          Last Name space Month space beginning day dash end day of that specific week.  Example:  Soroka Jan 4-8

D. To insert text into the template

1. Left Click into a text box that you want to enter your text.  You will get a blinking cursor which means you can now start typing.  To go from one text box to another use the TAB key.
