Parents, students and community members, please join us for our next District Leadership Meeting (DLT) to be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from 12-3 p.m. at the Northeast Ohio IMPACT Academy. All are welcome!

The following classified position is available for the 2019-2020 school year:

Requirements:

  • Work as substitute van driver during CDL and bus driver training; receive compensation for bus driver training
  • Current BCI and FBI background checks
  • Satisfactory results of pre-employment drug screening as well as ongoing random drug/alcohol screenings
  • Also accepting applications from individuals with a current CDL with Bus Endorsement and current Bus Driver Training Certificate from State of Ohio

Salary per negotiated agreement.

Interested and qualified individuals should submit a letter of interest and resume to Superintendent Matthew L. Bowen, 280 Sixth Street, Campbell, OH  44405 OR electronically at cmmichaels@campbell.k12.oh.us  (superintendent’s secretary). Applications will be accepted until position is filled.

Momentum Award 2019 Momentum Award 2019

Campbell City Schools, as well as Campbell Elementary and Middle School, were recognized by the state of Ohio with the Momentum Award.
Matthew Bowen, Superintendent comments, "The students have embraced the opportunities to excel with the increased engaging lessons with high expectations of the staff. We are very proud of our students, staff, and community. The work of a teacher is often without recognition, and for this reason, we could not be more pleased with the deserving award the state has afforded the Campbell community to celebrate."

Take a look at the 1st Nine Weeks in Review at Memorial High School.  It is hard to believe that the first nine weeks is over, but a lot of great things have happened thus far. 

OHIO SCHOOL BOARDS ASSOCIATION STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT FAIR AT CAPITAL CONFERENCE DI OSBA

Our Destination Imagination Team was selected to present at the Ohio School Board Association Student Achievement Fair in Columbus today. DI embeds STEAM into their club while teaching problem-solving, teamwork and leadership. This allows students to demonstrate time management, persevering, and thinking outside the box. Our school board and Mr. Bowen were also at the conference and able to celebrate the students’ success with them!

The Bright Futures Camp gives students tools to succeed.
The camp brings high school students together for a week of activities and collaboration.
The camp helps students enhance their academic skills through music, art and theater.

The YSU Explore Program The YSU Explore Program

Attention parents/guardians of current 7-12 students. The YSU Explore Program is currently seeking applications of students interested in joining their after school program which operates Monday- Thursday from 2:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. at Campbell Memorial High School. Friends 4 Friends Film Festival Friends 4 Friends Film Festival

Congrats to our Memorial High School Peer Leadership group who took 1st place at the Friends 4 Friends Film Festival held at DeYor Performing Arts Center. CMHS Alumnus Alexandra Galantis also received the reward for best actress. Thank you to Mrs. O'Neal for her continued efforts in making this a successful program for our students.
