Doors open at 2PM — Movie begins at 2:30PM

Dear Parents and Guardians,
A free movie event will be held for our K-6 families thanks to the collaborative effort between The Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County, The Community Literacy Workforce & Cultural Center and Campbell Elementary & Middle School.

This event will be held in the CLWCC conference room on Saturday, March 27, 2021, at 2PM and space is limited. For families to ensure a space at the Community Movie Event, please complete the attached form and return it to your child’s homeroom teacher. Parents must accompany students at the event, and only one form needs to be submitted per family.
This is a new opportunity we are providing and we must follow guidelines to ensure the movie is free. One of those guidelines is not announcing the title of the movie. What we can share is that the movie is animated, was released within the past few years, and the students completed a survey indicating this is one of the movies they wanted to view. Another guideline is no outside food or drinks are permitted: Popcorn ($1) and bottled water ($2) will be available, though. No matter what is on the screen, we are looking forward to our families having an opportunity to experience a movie in the City of Campbell. We look forward to many of our families capitalizing on this opportunity. This is the first of many movie events scheduled and we are planning to examine how to consistently improve this event moving forward.
