Here is your chance to request school uniforms for your child for the upcoming school year! In order to request uniforms, please complete the following Google Form by the deadline of Friday, August 7th. PLEASE COMPLETE A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH STUDENT. Your student will receive 2 pair of pants and 3 uniform tops as supplies last. You will receive an email from the school indicating when uniforms are available for pick up!
