Recipients of Clean School Bus Grants Announced

The 2023 CSB Grants were announced under the EPA Clean School Bus Program. The application closed in August 2023 with an outstanding response from applicants seeking to purchase electric and clean school buses from across the country.

The EPA has officially unveiled the list of grant recipients from the latest round of Clean School Bus funding. Among the distinguished awardees, the Campbell City School District takes pride in being one of only six districts in Ohio to secure this grant. We extend our congratulations to fellow Ohio Districts that achieved success in this endeavor, namely Cincinnati Public, Euclid City, Mt. Healthy City, Struthers, and Youngstown.

Within the District, the administration and staff are committed to identifying and pursuing opportunities that enhance educational experiences for students and children. This dedication is evident through our proactive approach to exploring competitive grant applications at local, state, and national levels. While not every application yields success, the District maintains its consistent efforts, recognizing that the potential for increased revenues, additional resources, or program opportunities is valued by students, families, proud alumni, and resident taxpayers alike.
